Grilled Pineapple and Orange Salad

This is a refreshing summer citrus salad!

Ingredients
½ fresh pineapple, cut in rings
1 Cara Cara orange, sliced in rings
2 small Blood Oranges, sliced in rings
1 burrata cheese
-
1-2 tbl. Arbequina EVOO (to taste)

1-2 tbl. Mango White Balsamic (to taste)
¼ c. pistachios, crushed
Directions
Slice pineapple and oranges.
Grill the pineapple and Cara Cara oranges on a grill.
Torch the Blood Oranges with kitchen torch. (They are too small for a grill.
Arrange pineapple and oranges on a serving platter. Place the Burrata cheese in center.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic. Top with crushed pistachios.
