Sweet Potato Dog Treats

Homemade is always best! We have had many challenges with our dog over the year and have moved onto homemaking her food and treats! It has made a huge difference! You can make this with sweet potatoes or yams!

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes or yams
  • 1 tbl. Arbequina EVOO
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250.

  2. Wash your sweet potatoes or yams and dry.

  3. Slice to about ¼ in. on mandolin.

  4. Brush with Arbequina EVOO and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  5. Bake for about 3 hours until dry and still chewy. Cool and store in your favorite treat container.
