Spinach and Basil Pasta

Bowtie Pasta with Peas, Prosciutto and Arugula

Ingredients
16 oz. package bow tie pasta
1 handful baby arugula
2 c. basil leaves

1/2 c. Basil Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic
4 oz. prosciutto
1/2 c. frozen peas
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. freshy grated parmesan
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 12 minutes.
Pasta should be cooked through, but still firm to the bite. Rinse with cool water and drain.
Toss the arugula and basil together in a large bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the prosciutto an cook 2-3 minutes more. Remove from heat.
Add the arugula and basil mixture, toss. Add in pasta and retoss. Season with salt/pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan
