Roasted Garlic Kale Chips

1 large bunch Tuscan kale (flat, not the curly kale)
Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil
pinch crushed red pepper or garlic powder
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Wash and remove the tough lower stems of the kale (middle vein).
Toss the kale generously with avocado oil, salt, garlic powder and/or crushed red pepper.
Lay the leave in a single layer on a sheet tray and place in the oven. Roast the kale until the leaves are crispy, about 30-35 minutes.
