Lemon Honey Chevre

Ingredients

2 tbs. Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

2 tbs. California Wildflower Honey
1/2 lb. soft goat cheese
Directions
Whish together olive oil and honey in a sauce pan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and cool.
Beat together goat cheese and olive oil/honey mixture with an electric mixer until creamy. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve on a bagel or French bread or dip with vanilla wafers as a sweet treat!
