Keith's Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
2 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tbs. Tahini paste

1 tbs. Arbequina Blend EVOO
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
2 tbs. fresh lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. Garlic Sea Salt
2 tbs. finely chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) can Garbonzo beans, drained and rinsed
2-3 tbs. water

1/8 tsp. Habanero Olive Oil (optional)
Directions
In a blender put Tahini, Arbequina EVOO, cumin, lemon or lime juice, pepper, salt, garlic, cilantro and beans.
Blend on puree, pulse. Use spatula to move the beans to the center.
Add water, continue blending, starting and stopping to move mixture to center.
Continue to blend until you have a smooth paste. Add Habanero olive oil (for heat)
Blend until the oil has mixed with the paste. Scoop out with spatula into a sealable container. It will keep for about a week refrigerated. Dip with pits chips.
