Herb and Cheese Biscuits

These drop biscuits and a great addition to any meal!

Ingredients
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
½ c. fresh herbs (rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, etc)
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ c. sharp cheddar
¼ c. parmesan
1 c. milk
-
½ c. Italian Blend EVOO
2 tbl. butter, melted (for finishing)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Cover baking sheet with silicone mat.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, herbs and garlic.
Add in milk, cheese and Italian Blend EVOO.
Divide into 12 evenly portioned biscuits. Drop on mat.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Baste with melted butter.
