Ingredients

1/4c. Garlic Olive Oil

1/4 c. Serrano Chili Honey Vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbl. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl. brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt/pepper
4 pork chops

1/2 c. Italian Blend EVOO
-
3 tbl. Serrano Chili Honey Vinegar
1 1/2 c. fresh flatleaf parsley
1/2 c. fresh cilantro
1/4 c. fresh oregano
2 tbl. lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 purple onion, chopped
salt/pepper
Marinade
Chimichurri Sauce
Directions
For the marinade: whisk together ingredients and marinade pork chops overnight.
For Chimichurri sauce: Chop parsley, cilantro, oregano, garlic and onion. Add olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper. Place in fridge until ready to serve.
