Ingredients
4 ears of corn
-
2 tbl. Garlic Olive Oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tbl. parmesan
salt/pepper
Directions
Shuck ears of corn.
Add to bbq and grill for about 5-7 minutes or until done.
Remove from grill, brush with olive oil.
Sprinkle with powders, salt and pepper. Top with parmesan and parsley.
Recipe Note
There are many combination of corn on the cob.
Mexican: Persian Lime Olive Oil, chili powder, cumin, parmesan
Italian: Basil Olive Oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, parmesan
Honey Butter: Butter Olive Oil, Honey, flaky salt
