Grilled Cinnamon Peaches
INGREDIENTS

2 peaches, pitted and halved

2 tbl. butter, melted

½ tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. brown sugar

1/2 c. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (or any flavor of our Aged Balsamics)

1 c. plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (may substitute vanilla ice cream)
DIRECTIONS

Preheat grill to high heat.

Mix butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar, then brush flesh side of peach halves with butter mixture.

Grill flesh side of peaches for about 2-3 minutes, until grill marks are formed.
