Grilled Cinnamon Peaches


  • 2 peaches, pitted and halved

  • 2 tbl. butter, melted

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

  • ½ tsp. brown sugar

  • 1/2 c. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (or any flavor of our Aged Balsamics)

  • 1 c. plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (may substitute vanilla ice cream)


  • Preheat grill to high heat.

  • Mix butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar, then brush flesh side of peach halves with butter mixture.

  • Grill flesh side of peaches for about 2-3 minutes, until grill marks are formed.
