Ingredients
2 c. fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. pine nuts

2/3 c. Italian Blend EVOO
salt/pepper to taste
1/2 c. fresh shredded Parmesan
pasta of your choice
Directions
Combine basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor and coarsely chop.
Add Italian Blend EVOO and process until fully smooth.
Add salt and peppers to taste
Toss with cooked pasta and return to pot.
Cook on low to warm, top with Parmesan and serve.
