Corn and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
1- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
1- 11 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1- 6 oz. can sliced olives, drained
3/4 c. finely chopped red onion
1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. ground cumin

3 tbs. Jalapeno Olive Oil
3 tbs. lime juice
salt/pepper to taste
2 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
Directions
Combine the diced tomatoes, corn, olives, red onion, red pepper, garlic, cilantro, and cumin in a large bowl.
Toss with olive oil and lime juice, season to taste with salt and pepper. Gently fold in avocado.
