Fun little twist on fish tacos. Excellent taco Tuesday meal!

Ingredients
1 lb. fresh salmon
-
1 tbl. Persian Lime Olive Oil
1 tbl. Coronado Spice & Tea Blackened Seasoning
-
1 tbl. All Natural Avocado Oil
Directions
Cut fish into slices.
Brush with lime olive oil, sprinkle on blackened seasoning.
Heat avocado oil in pan over medium high heat.
Cook salmon pieces until flaky, about 3 minutes each side.
Recipe Note
We added a tropical salsa and crema to tacos. Try it with Mahi Mahi, Swordfish, Halibut, etc.
