We love using this berry compote for our pancake topping to avoid all the sugar found in store bought syrup.

Ingredients

¼ c. Blueberry Balsamic
-
2 tbl. California Wildflower Honey
1 tbl. lemon juice
2 c. fresh berries
Directions
Heat balsamic in saucepan until simmer.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until berries are soft.
Cool. Top your favorite pancake recipe with compote.
