This wonderful marmalade inspired from our Scotland trip, is made with local and farm fresh California Naval Oranges, fresh locally sourced mandarins, and finished with a nice 12 year old single malt Scotch. Cane sugar and fresh honey adds the sweet. No preservatives, non-gmo pectin.
